From the very beginning

The foundation of authentic yuzu begins with the tree itself. Our yuzu trees were introduced from Japan and cultivated from Japanese-origin seedlings. Through grafting onto established trifoliate orange root systems, we strive to preserve the original characteristics of the trees and maintain the distinctive aroma and flavor profile of yuzu. Rather than pursuing rapid growth or short-term yields, we believe that authentic flavor is built through careful cultivation and time.
